1. Information and purposes

You do not need a SONGSUBTEXT account to browse. This website has no registration, payment or public comment form. Game search takes place in your browser using our catalog; we do not send your search terms to a separate analytics service. The website does not include a separate audience analytics tag.

The web host receives technical request information, such as your IP address, browser information, requested page and request time, to deliver pages and support security and troubleshooting. Advertising and game services may separately receive device and browser information, identifiers, page addresses, approximate location derived from an IP address, and information about impressions or interactions.

If you email us, we receive your address and the information you send. We use correspondence to answer questions, investigate reports and handle privacy or rights requests. Please do not send passwords, payment information or unnecessary sensitive information.

2. Cookies and similar technologies

Third-party vendors, including Google, may place or read cookies in your browser when advertising is served. Advertising partners may also use web beacons, local storage, IP addresses and other identifiers. These technologies can support ad delivery, measurement, frequency limits, security and fraud prevention, and personalization when permitted.

Google and its partners may use advertising cookies to select ads based on your earlier visits to SONGSUBTEXT and other websites or apps. 3. Google advertising and sharing

The current website uses Google Ad Manager tags to request display ads on the home page, game collections and game overview pages. Ad Exchange (AdX) demand may serve through Ad Manager where enabled in the publisher account. AdSense may also be used when enabled; a separate AdSense tag is not currently installed in this website.

Ad requests involve sharing information with Google and may involve advertisers, buyers and other ad technology partners participating in ad delivery. These recipients may process technical identifiers and advertising activity for delivery, reporting, fraud detection and, where permitted, interest-based advertising. The partners involved can vary by auction and account configuration.

We do not use your contact email or the contents of a support message to build advertising audiences. Advertising-related disclosure of identifiers may nevertheless qualify as a sale, sharing or targeted advertising under some privacy laws, even without a direct payment for the information.

4. Advertising and cookie choices

You can review or turn off Google's ad personalization through My Ad Center or Google Ad Settings. You can also use Digital Advertising Alliance choices to opt out of participating vendors' interest-based advertising.

These services have their own scope and availability. An opt-out generally changes advertising personalization rather than removing all ads or stopping every form of processing. Choices may depend on the browser, device, account or cookies used; you may need to repeat them after clearing browser data or changing devices.

Your browser can block or delete cookies and restrict third-party storage. This may affect games or other features. Browser controls and Google account preferences do not replace a site's consent choice where consent is legally required.

5. Regional consent and opt-out rights

In the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, legally required consent must be obtained before advertising cookies or similar storage are used and before personal data is collected, shared or used for personalized ads. Google's rules require a Google-certified consent management platform integrated with the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework for personalized ads in these regions.

Where applicable U.S. state law provides these rights, you may opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and processing for targeted advertising. Applicable universal opt-out signals, including Global Privacy Control, must be honored. The effect of a signal depends on the relevant service, jurisdiction and processing; it does not necessarily block every network request. 6. Independently hosted games

Game previews are stored on this site. The play page connects to an external game service after you choose Load game. That service and its partners may process your IP address, referrer and device information, use cookies or storage, and display advertising or analytics under their own practices.

Loading a game does not grant consent to personalized advertising. Leave the game unloaded to avoid that connection. We do not control every script supplied by a game service. You may report unexpected content or privacy concerns to our contact address.

7. Retention, security and international processing

Contact correspondence is kept as needed to handle the request, maintain relevant records and meet applicable obligations. Hosting logs and provider-held advertising or game data have separate retention arrangements. We do not state a single retention period for information held by independent providers.

Hosting, email, advertising and game services may process information outside your country. Their processing locations and transfer arrangements are described in their own policies. No internet service can promise absolute security; avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information.

8. Privacy requests

Depending on your location and the processing involved, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of personal information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or opt out of certain advertising uses. You may also have the right to complain to a privacy regulator or appeal a decision where applicable. We do not penalize you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

9. Children

Game categories and artwork are not age ratings. We do not ask children to create accounts or knowingly solicit their personal information through this website. A parent or guardian may contact us about information a child has sent to us. Where a service is child-directed or a user's age requires special treatment, advertising and data processing must use the applicable protections; a statement in this policy alone does not establish those protections.
